KoINDEX is hosted by Gyeonggi Province and organised by KINTEX and Messe eSang — it is a Korean-organised exhibition designed for Korean companies. We provide full support including interpretation, logistics, booth design and export consulting. Our one-stop service system ensures that even companies with no overseas exhibition experience can participate with confidence.

We leverage a proprietary database of over 3,800 verified buyers built during the inaugural edition. Only buyers with genuine interest in Korean products and confirmed purchasing power are invited. We operate sector-specific (Beauty, Food, Construction) 1:1 B2B matchmaking sessions in cooperation with KOTRA and local agent networks.

The venue — Yashobhoomi in New Delhi — is operated by KINTEX under a 20-year concession (2023–2042). Korean-standard operational expertise ensures premium service quality, efficient logistics and a reliable, familiar exhibition environment for participants.
